**Experience Required:** Minimum 7 Years

**Location:** Mumbai (Work from Office)

**Shift:** US Shift

**CTC:** Up to 12 LPA

**Notice Period:** Immediate Joiners Preferred

*Role Overview:**

The role involves handling **US Mortgage Loan Servicing operations**, with a focus on customer interaction through **email and web chat support**, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service.

*Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage **loan servicing activities** for US mortgage accounts

* Handle **customer interaction via email and web chat**

* Resolve borrower queries related to loan servicing

* Work on servicing processes like **escrow, payments, tax, and insurance**

* Ensure timely and accurate issue resolution

* Maintain proper documentation and update systems

* Follow **process guidelines and compliance standards**

* Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets

*Process Expertise (Any 1 or 2 Required):**

* Loss Mitigation

* Escrow

* Tax (Tax Payments / Tax Research)

* Mortgage Insurance

* Mortgage Payments

* Credit Reporting

*Required Skills:**

* Minimum 4 years of experience in **US Mortgage Loan Servicing**

* Experience in **email and web chat support (mandatory)**

* Good to excellent **communication skills**

* Strong understanding of **mortgage servicing processes**

* Email management experience is an added advantage

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
