We are hiring for the below role for Hyderabad location. Please note that, we are looking for early joiners.
Experience: Analyst 3 to 5years
Team Lead: 5year and above (with at least 1year of team lead experience)
Home Equity Appraisal Management
- Review Home Equity loan files to determine the appropriate appraisal product (AVM, exterior-only, full appraisal, etc.).
- Submit appraisal requests to the appropriate Appraisal Management Company (AMC) based on product type and lender guidelines.
- Manage and monitor the flow of all Home Equity appraisal orders to ensure compliance with expected turn times.
- Communicate proactively with AMCs, appraisers, and internal Home Equity teams to resolve issues or delays.
Documentation Data Management
- Verify that all required documents needed for each appraisal are received accurately and completely.
- Input and maintain data from completed appraisal reports.
- Manage data received from thirdparty vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and uptodate appraisal file records.
Skills Competencies
Ability to work independently and manage multiple Home Equity orders at once.
Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Dependable, organized, and committed to high integrity and confidentiality.
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education Experience
- Prior experience of ordering and managing Home Equity appraisals is required.
- Leadership experience (team lead, coordination, or process oversight).
- Experience in mortgage, lending, real estate.
