Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates for legal, healthcare, and professional roles using LinkedIn, Monster and Ceipal.
  • Build strong pipelines through Boolean searches and creative sourcing.
  • Pre-screen candidates and submit qualified profiles to BDM.
  • Track activity and maintain accurate data in Ceipal ATS.
  • Collaborate with BDM to meet client hiring goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all candidate interactions.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (must have US Non-IT staffing)
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Must have a reliable laptop and internet connection, and be available to work in US EST time zones
