Work Mode: Onsite Only
Shift: US Night Shift
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Experience: 6 Months +
Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience in US IT or US Healthcare recruitment.
Knowledge of sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates.
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster and CareerBuilder.
Understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring requirements.
Good English communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
