We are seeking a senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist with 10+ years of experience in full-cycle US IT technical recruiting, including direct experience supporting US state government clients and working with implementation partners.
About the Role
Lead end-to-end recruiting for technical roles for US clients supporting but not limited to state and public-sector clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with system integrators and implementation partners to fulfill project-based and long-term staffing needs
- Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand technical and compliance requirements
- Execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent networks
- Manage candidate screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and documentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years of US IT technical recruiting experience (mandatory)
- Proven experience working with US state/government clients
- Hands-on experience coordinating with implementation partners and system integrators
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technology stacks, and compliance-driven hiring
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
