Job Description

Job Title : US IT Technical Recruiter

Location : Chennai (Onsite)

Type : Fulle Time

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
  • Develop long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients to support ongoing business growth.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical knowledge, communication skills, availability, and work authorization.
  • Source and recruit qualified IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and staffing needs.
  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and internal databases to identify top talent.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, communication abilities, work authorization, and cultural fit.
  • Prepare and submit qualified candidates to clients within established timelines.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Identify and qualify candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
  • Utilize Boolean search techniques to find passive and active candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate compensation, pay rates, and employment terms with candidates.
  • Verify visa status, work authorization, and other employment-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in ATS and VMS systems.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
  • Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets, including submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue goals.
  • Stay updated on emerging IT technologies, industry trends, and US staffing market conditions.
