Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven US IT Staffing Sales Executive with proven experience in end-to-end sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the US IT staffing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in US IT staffing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients
  • Understand client hiring needs and position appropriate staffing solutions
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales / IT Sales
  • Strong expertise in lead generation and end-to-end sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
