US IT Recuriter

We are seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Sourcing Profiles as per the client recruitment , Screening , negotiating rates, and ensuring successful placements with clients. This role requires excellent

communication skills, Good knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential clients and vendors to market available consultants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client managers, Consultants and partners.
• Negotiate contract terms, rates, and payment with vendors and clients.
• Update and maintain internal databases with consultants statuses and .
• Ensure compliance with recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in end-to-end , preferably in IT staffing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
