We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruitment Lead to drive and manage end-to-end talent acquisition in the US IT domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of US recruitment processes, regulations, and trends, as well as a track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT professionals. You will lead a team of recruiters and work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to meet staffing needs, all while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Allocate and oversee recruitment responsibilities, ensuring the team meets hiring deadlines and quality standards
- Provide training and upskilling opportunities for the team to stay updated with the latest IT recruitment trends and tools
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage effective recruitment strategies to fill IT roles, including niche and hard-to-fill positions, across various technologies
- Design and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy, leveraging multiple channels such as job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking to attract top IT talent in the US market
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future US-based IT roles
Stakeholder & Client Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical requirements, business needs, and culture
- Act as a recruitment consultant to clients, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices for talent acquisition in the IT space
- Ensure a strong alignment between recruitment efforts and client expectations to achieve seamless placement results
Candidate Engagement & Management
- Lead candidate sourcing, screening, and qualification processes. Assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization or client
- Own the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, updates, and support throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate salaries and other employment terms with candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring experience and securing candidate commitment
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations related to recruitment, including EEO, FLSA, and other applicable legislation
- Continuously evaluate recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience
- Utilize data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics and optimize the talent acquisition strategy
Technology & Tools
- Maintain proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software and tools, ensuring the team effectively utilizes these technologies to manage recruitment workflows
- Stay up-to-date on new sourcing platforms, automation tools, and innovative recruitment techniques to stay competitive in the market

Qualification:
Experience
- 6-10 years of proven US IT recruitment experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or team lead role
- Hands-on experience recruiting for various IT roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, Data Scientists, etc.) within the US market
- Experience working with clients and candidates in different time zones, especially US
Skills:
- Strong understanding of US recruitment practices, visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.), and employment regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders, candidates, and clients
- Solid negotiation skills to secure the best terms for both the company and candidates
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice), and other recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, eager to meet and exceed recruitment targets
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Professional certifications in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, SHRM, or similar) are a plus
