Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula for a US IT Recruitment Fresher. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates for US-based IT positions through job portals, social media, and professional networks. Daily responsibilities include reviewing resumes, conducting initial candidate outreach, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining accurate candidate records in internal systems. The recruiter supports senior team members by updating pipelines, following up with candidates, and assisting with job postings and basic market research. The role requires working closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets while maintaining professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of IT roles and technologies, or strong interest in learning about the US IT recruitment domain.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and candidate follow-up.
• Comfort with using computers, MS Office tools, and online job portals or professional networking platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Panchkula and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
• Any bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, HR, IT, or related discipline) is preferred but not mandatory for strong, motivated candidates.
• Willingness to work in alignment with US time zones and adapt to fast-paced recruitment needs.
