Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with relevant information.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
• Provide support to the recruitment team in administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
