Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT professionals.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation, notice period, and other employment-related aspects.
• Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and support timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of candidate profiles.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Basic understanding of US IT recruitment and technical job roles.
• Ability to work effectively in a US shift environment.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities.
• Willingness to learn and build a career in US IT recruitment.
