Role: US IT Recruiter Trainee (Fresher)
Experience: 0 to 1 Year
Eligibility: Any IT education background (B.Tech / B.E / MCA / BCA / MSc IT or equivalent)
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end US IT recruitment (Sourcing to Offer stage)
- Full-cycle recruitment involving sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Working on contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions
- Sourcing candidates through job boards such as Monster, Dice, Corp-to-Corp, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting
- Posting jobs on job portals and coordinating with qualified candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from resume submission to final negotiation
- Formatting resumes as per client requirements
- Ensuring quick turnaround of quality resumes within given timelines
- Coordinating background checks and technical evaluations
- Negotiating hourly rates with vendors, US citizens, Green Card holders, EAD, and TN visa candidates
- Maintaining and updating internal recruitment databases
- Coordinating with managers for documentation once consultants are placed
