Job Description

1. Experience Requirement: Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.

2. Client Experience: Expertise in handling implementation projects with clients.

3. Recruitment Skills:

- Proficient in sourcing and screening resumes from various job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

4. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of technical terminologies, technologies, and skills relevant to IT roles (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.).

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients.

6. US Market Knowledge:

- Understanding of US employment types, tax terms

- Familiarity with time zones and work culture in the US.

7. Client Coordination: Ability to liaise with implementation partners to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.

8. Performance Metrics:

- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.

- Expertise in building and maintaining a talent pipeline.
