US IT Recruiter (Freshers) – 8 Open Positions - Night Shift

Experience: Freshers Only

Eligibility: 2025 & 2026 Graduates (ONLY looking for candidates with Computer Science background or a keen interest in and understanding of IT)

Employment Type: Internship that will convert to Full-Time

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai - Tamil Nadu

Key Requirements

✔ 2025 or 2026 graduates only

✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or related technology disciplines

✔ Strong understanding of IT fundamentals and technology concepts

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✔ Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

✔ Passion for technology and eagerness to learn emerging technologies

✔ Excellent attitude, professionalism, and a growth mindset

✔ Ability to engage confidently with technology professionals and conduct candidate interviews

About the Role

As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and engaging technology professionals for client requirements across various domains including Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications.

Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training on:

  • IT technologies and technical concepts
  • Software engineering and technology career paths
  • US recruitment processes and best practices
  • Technical interviewing and candidate assessment
  • Client engagement and talent acquisition strategies

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand technical job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Source and identify qualified technology professionals.
  • Conduct candidate screening and technical qualification discussions.
  • Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role fit.
  • Interview software engineers, cloud specialists, data professionals, and other IT talent.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
  • Support recruitment initiatives for global clients and multinational organizations.
