Role: US IT Recruiter (Specializing in W2 Hiring)

Location: Noida,Sec 63

Experience: 3–5 Years

Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite

Employment Type: Full-Time

Timing: 6:30PM to 3:30AM (Night Shift)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong experience with W2 hiring.
• Good understanding of US IT staffing, recruitment processes, and employment terms.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and recruitment platforms such as Dice and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Work Requirements

• Must be willing to work 5 days a week onsite from our Noida office.
• Comfortable working in US time zones as per business requirements.
• Strong focus on productivity, quality submissions, and timely closures.
