- You will have 1+ year experience as a US IT Technical recruiter.
- Bachelors IT or relevant degree.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Knowledge with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.
- Experience on VMS & ATS.
- Clear understanding of Visa processes.
- Strong desire to build relationships with clients & candidates.
- Hard working and willing to learn.
