Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Location: Noida
Shift: US Shift
Experience: 6 Months – 4 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 4 years of experience in US staffing. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients across the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with US staffing processes and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in the US Night Shift.
