We are looking for a skilled and motivated
US IT Recruiter with 1+ years of experience in US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for US clients.
Roles Responsibilities
- Source and recruit IT candidates for US-based clients through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills and experience.
- Work on requirements for W2, C2C, and 1099 positions.
- Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and consultants.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
- Negotiate salary/rates and handle offer discussions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 + years of experience in US IT Recruitment .
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) .
- Experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn .
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
- Ability to work in US Night Shift .
