1 to 5 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.

Should worked in a fast paced environment.

Strong understanding of the US recruitment life cycle and visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT EAD).

Proficiency in job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Willingness to work during US business hours (Night Shift).
