Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with over 3+ years of experience, specializing in W2-based recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring top-tier technical talent and a strong background in supporting clients across Local, State, and Federal Government agencies as well as commercial sectors. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the US IT job market, relevant technologies, and compliance with W2 employment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for W2-based IT roles and non IT Roles.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Recruit for technical positions supporting Local, State, and Federal Government clients, ensuring compliance with agency-specific guidelines and security requirements.
  • Ensure candidate eligibility and adherence to W2 employment regulations, including work authorization and documentation.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms to build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with leads and delivery teams to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Stay informed on current industry trends, emerging technologies, and government contracting needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of recruiting activities and ensure a high level of candidate experience.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring quality and speed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting with a strong emphasis on W2-based hiring.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for government clients at the Local, State, and Federal levels.
  • Strong understanding of the US IT job market, skill sets, and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of W2 employment laws, compliance, and documentation requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Prior experience in an agency or consulting environment supporting public sector clients.
