Position : Junior US IT Recruiters

Location : Gurugram (onsite)

We are seeking motivatedJunior US IT Recruiters with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team and support Direct Client requirements across various technologies. The ideal candidate should have a some understanding of US recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions across multiple domains.

• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.
• Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and networking channels to identify top talent.
• Coordinate interviews, manage submissions, and assist in offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with direct client or Tier 1 vendor hiring is a plus.

• Comfortable working in US shifts (Night Shift).
