We're Hiring: US IT Recruiter

Location: Pune/Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite – 5 days a week)

Shift: US EST - 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST

Experience: 5 – 7 years

Joining: Immediate to 2–3 weeks (Immediate joiners preferred)

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with end-to-end IT recruitment in the US market and be comfortable working across all tax terms (W2, C2C, and 1099).

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing candidates)

Work across W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms

Source candidates via portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), ATS, and networking

Manage interviews, salary/rate negotiations, and onboarding

Build strong consultant/vendor networks

Work closely with account managers to meet client requirements

Requirements:

5–7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment

Strong understanding of tax terms & visa classifications (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizens, etc.)

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Ability to work in US EST time zone
