Experience:2 to 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a strong focus on the public sector and State of California clients.
Technical Recruiting Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of various IT roles (software engineers, system administrators, data analysts, etc.) and technical skills.
Excellent Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
Client Management:Proven ability to manage relationships with US clients, particularly in the public sector domain.
ATS Experience:Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like JobDiva, Bullhorn, Workday, or similar platforms.
Time Management:Ability to prioritize and handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
