• esManage full-cycle recruitment for US IT roles across client account
• s.Interpret US client requirements and convert them into precise job brief
• s.Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and referral
• s.Screen resumes and conduct technical/behavioral phone/video interview
• s.Coordinate interviews with US hiring managers and manage interview feedback loo
• p.Drive offer negotiations, candidate closing, and timely onboardin
• g.Maintain ATS, candidate pipelines, and recruitment trackers with accurate dat
• a.Ensure compliance with US staffing documentation and client-specific processe
• s.Collaborate with Account Managers and Team Leads to meet SLAs and hiring target

s.Required skills and experien

• ceMinimum 2 years hands-on experience in US IT recruitmen
• t.Strong verbal and written communication skills suited for interacting with US clients and candidate
• s.Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java/.NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Infrastructure and AI
