Role: Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)
Location: Onsite – Noida Sector 63

Required Experience:
- Experience working with an implementation partner in the US Staffing industry.
- Strong experience in full-cycle technical recruitment.
- Hands-on sourcing through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Job Boards, and internal databases.
- Experience recruiting for IT positions across technologies.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and US staffing processes.
- Excellent communication and candidate screening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with direct client and implementation partner requirements.
- Good knowledge of visa classifications and compliance.
- Experience using ATS/VMS tools.
Work Mode: 100% Onsite (Noida Sector 63)
