Position: US IT Recruiter

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Monday-Friday) for US

Location: Onsite (Bangalore office – JP Nagar 3rd Phase)

Years of Experience: 2 to 5 Years in US Recruitment

Salary: Depend on Experience

Domain Specific:

Ideal candidates should have previously worked with clients in the following specific markets:
Experience in working on US recruitment

Required Criteria:

Must have strong experience working with both system integrators and direct clients.
At least 70% of experience should involve working on W2 requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Solid understanding of various US work visas is essential.
Proficient knowledge of both IT and Non-IT requirements is necessary.
Willingness to work additional hours when occasionally required.
