Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Shift Timing: EST Night Shift
Experience: 15 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview IT professionals for US and Canada markets
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract and full-time roles
- Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Negotiate pay rates, terms, and availability with candidates
- Previous experience working with direct client and implementation partners
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of US staffing models: C2C and W2
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience working with Direct and Implementation partner
- Ability and willingness to work EST night shifts
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills
