Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and motivated US IT Recruiters to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong career in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for US-based clients
- Understand client requirements and match suitable candidate profiles
- Conduct initial candidate interviews (technical & communication screening)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with US recruitment standards and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduate / postgraduate degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in night shift (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of IT roles (training will be provided for freshers)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Exposure to US IT recruitment / staffing
- Experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.)
