About the Role

We are hiring US/Canada IT Recruiters with experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for North American clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze US/Canada IT job requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, location, and work authorization.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and assess profiles against requirements.
• Submit qualified candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular candidate and client follow-ups.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Manage multiple positions while meeting submission and hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Stay updated on North American IT hiring trends and technologies.
• Work with Account Managers and recruitment teams to meet client requirements.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in US or Canada IT recruitment/staffing.
• Strong understanding of North American recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM, and candidate databases.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong screening, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American business hours.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Must be within commutable distance of Gurugram, Haryana.
