Job Description:
We are hiring US IT Recruiters for the night shift to support US-based IT staffing requirements. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in IT recruitment. Experienced US IT recruiters are also encouraged to apply.
Shift: 7:30 PM 5:00 AM IST
Experience: 03 Years | Freshers Welcome
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (commutable distance required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements for US-based IT roles
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and role suitability
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up throughout the hiring process
- Manage multiple recruitment pipelines and meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems
Requirements:
- Strong interest in IT and US recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness to work night shifts (7:30 PM 5:00 AM IST)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- 03 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Must be located within commutable distance to Gurugram, Haryana
