About the Role

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in US staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of W2 hiring, proven experience in sourcing, engaging, and closing top IT talent across the US market.

This role is ideal for recruiters who are passionate about technology hiring, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven ability to deliver quality candidates while managing end-to-end recruitment activities.

Work Arrangement: Remote Opportunity Available

Shift: US Business Hours (may require evening/night hours based on business needs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source and recruit qualified IT professionals across the US market.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of W2 recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
  • Support enterprise-level clients and high-volume recruitment requirements.
  • Utilize job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified talent.
  • Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, and overall job fit.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and internal databases.
  • Meet recruitment targets while maintaining quality hiring standards.
  • Stay updated with market trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of W2 hiring and US staffing processes.
  • Experience handling IT requirements across multiple technologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level clients or high-volume recruitment environments preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to work according to US business hours.
