Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with job portals and ATS
