Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of US staffing experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Engineering roles across the US, Canada, and LATAM. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in W2/C2C hiring, sourcing through platforms like Dice, LinkedIn, and Indeed, and a solid understanding of US visa classifications and hiring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT & Engineering positions.

Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, networking, and referrals.

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Negotiate offers, coordinate onboarding, and ensure compliance with US hiring regulations.

Requirements

2-5 years of US IT recruitment experience with W2/C2C hiring.

Experience recruiting for IT and Engineering roles.

Strong knowledge of US recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with US visa classifications and recruitment compliance.
