Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Experience: 2 to 4 Years (Hands-on End-to-End US Recruitment)
Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST)
Work Mode: Onsite/hybrid from Pune, Koregaon park Office
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and prior experience in USA Salesforce hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client coordination to offer closure.
- Lead full employee lifecycle: sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and integration.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and consultants.
- Maintain an updated database of candidates and job requirements.
- Coordinating with clients for the documentation.
- Follow up with candidates / vendors on timesheets and maintain long-term relationships with placed candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end US recruitment.
- Salesforce hiring experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment norms, tax terms,visa classifications, and resume formats.
- Must be a hands-on executor with a proactive approach.
