Shift Timing: Night Shift- 6:30 PM 3:30 AM India Time)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US recruitment. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and prior experience in US Salesforce hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client coordination to offer closure.
- Conduct client calls to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and consultants.
- Maintain an updated database of candidates and job requirements.
- Follow up on timesheets and maintain long-term relationships with placed candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end US recruitment.
- Salesforce hiring experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment norms, tax terms,visa classifications, and resume formats.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be a hands-on executor with a proactive approach.
