Shift: US Shift - 7 PM to 4 AM (Night Shift)

Job Description:

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based clients. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Negotiate rates/salaries and manage offer processes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Work on various visa categories such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens.

Requirements:

• Experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong communication and sourcing skills.
• Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals.
• Ability to work in US shifts.
