US IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join INFOMATICS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS - Under MSR COSMOS GROUP.

Location: Chennai (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for US IT requirements.
• Work closely with MSP clients and support Direct Client requirements through MSPs.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Ensure compliance with US staffing processes and hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
• Strong experience handling MSP clients and Direct Client requirements.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Good understanding of US work authorization types (W2, C2C) and compliance requirements.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in US Shift timings.

• Candidates serving a notice period of up to 30 days may also be considered.
