Job Description

Position: US IT Recruiter

Experience: 4 – 9 Years

Current Location: Begumpet

New Location: Madhapur / HITEC City / Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: CST Time Zone (US Central Standard Time Support)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and highly motivated US IT Recruiters with a proven background in supporting requirements from leading System Integrators (SIs) and Implementation Partners. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent across various technologies while working in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for US-based IT requirements.
  • Work closely with Implementation Partners and System Integrator accounts such as:
  • Tech Mahindra
  • Wipro
  • Brillio
  • Coforge
  • Infosys
  • Tata Consultancy Services
  • and other leading implementation partners.
  • Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals for Contract (C2C, W2) and Full-Time opportunities.
  • Recruit for niche and emerging technology skill sets including Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, ERP, SAP, Salesforce, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct detailed technical and behavioral screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Validate candidate availability, work authorization, location preferences, compensation expectations, and project experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate preparation, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within ATS and CRM systems.
  • Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Meet weekly and monthly recruitment KPIs, submission targets, interview ratios, and placement goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • 4–9 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
  • Proven experience supporting requirements from System Integrators (SIs) and Implementation Partners.
  • Strong experience working on Contract (C2C/W2) and Full-Time hiring.

Sourcing & Recruiting Skills

  • Expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for niche and hard-to-fill technology positions.
  • Strong understanding of US staffing processes, work authorizations, tax terms, and hiring practices.
  • Ability to perform thorough profile screening and candidate qualification.

  • Strong network of IT consultants across multiple technologies.
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume and niche technology requirements.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
