Responsibilities:
- Identify, screen, and place IT professionals on various client projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and consultants.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Keep track of consultants projects and ensure a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet placement goals and targets.
Requirements:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in US IT recruitment within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the US IT job market and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using recruiting and sales tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in working with H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and US citizens.
- Knowledge of various IT technologies and terminology.
