We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with extensive experience in US Staffing. Candidate must have a proven track record of hiring top-tier IT talent. The ideal candidate is a master communicator, highly influential within professional networks and an expert in passive candidate sourcing.
Please note: This is 100% Hands-on recruiting role, we are not considering AM, RM, BDM or other Senior level candidates for this position.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with more than 6-10 years of experience in US IT Recruitment, preferably in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior-level candidates.
- Expert in hiring W2 candidates (both Contract and Full-time). Must be well versed with W2 hiring concepts.
- MUST have a demonstrated expertise in passive sourcing techniques and advanced Boolean search strategies.
- MUST have a strong presence and activity on LinkedIn and other professional/social platforms.
- Extensive network of IT professionals across technologies such as Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering.
- Deep understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, visa types, and compliance requirements.
- Extensive experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
- Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on quality and time-to-fill.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and closing skills.
