Role Description

We are seeking a USA IT Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions across the United States.

Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, provide market insights, and deliver timely, high-quality placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle IT recruitment for U.S.-based clients
  • USA Shift 7:30-4:30 IST
  • Fully Onsite Job
  • Salary : 16k-25k
  • Source candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen, interview, and assess technical candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and recruitment systems
  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and compliance
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required)

Freshers are welcome to apply; prior IT recruitment experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting and IT hiring processes (training or internship experience acceptable)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and internet-based tools

Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms is an advantage

Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Basic understanding of U.S. hiring practices is a plus
