Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Freshers)
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools
- Screen resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate database and update trackers regularly
- Work closely with team leads to meet daily/weekly submission targets
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT roles/technologies (training will be provided)
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone)
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Eligibility:
- Any graduate (B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA, etc.)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
