US IT Recruiter - Fresher

About the Role

Location: Mumbai – Dadar (East), 10-minute walk from Dadar (East) railway station

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Eastern hours), work from office

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Functional Area: Human Resources – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Handle IT requirements from US-based clients
• Source candidates from job portals such as Dice, Monster and others
• Screen and validate resumes for relevant experience and verify candidates US work authorization
• Build a strong resume database for upcoming and high-priority requirements
• Understand and explain benefits, compensation, and US employment/visa types (W2, US Citizen, Green Card, OPT, CPT, etc.)
• Communicate professionally with US candidates over phone and email

Mandatory Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English with strong command of the language
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with international candidates
• Awareness of current IT trends and a basic understanding of IT technical skills
• Willingness to work US Eastern hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) from the Dadar office
• Bachelor's degree (completed)
