Position: US IT Recruiter
Experience: Fresher to 6 Months
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
Location: Work From Office (In Person) - Noida Sector 63, UP
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and passionate candidates who want to build their career in US IT Staffing and Recruitment. Candidates with technical backgrounds and good communication skills will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, visa status, rate, location, and availability
- Understand client requirements and submit suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups
- Maintain candidate records in ATS and trackers
- Learn US visa types, tax terms, time zones, and IT technologies
Required Skills:
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months experience can apply
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer and internet knowledge required
- Basic understanding of IT technologies preferred
- Strong learning attitude and confidence
- Willing to work in Night Shift / US Shift
- Must be able to commute by self
Qualification:
- BCA, B.Tech, MCA, B.Sc IT, Computer Science, or any technical degree preferred
