Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter Fresher based in Meerut. The role involves sourcing, screening, and evaluating potential candidates for IT-related positions, utilizing full-life cycle recruiting processes to coordinate hiring efforts. The recruiter will work to fulfill client hiring needs by identifying suitable technical talent, engaging directly with candidates to assess qualifications, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment with recruitment objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting processes
• Knowledge of IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting practices
• Experience or interest in Hiring and general Recruiting responsibilities
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and databases is a plus
• A strong interest in advancing within the IT recruitment domain
