Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for IT roles in the US market.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates skills and fit for the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms.
