Job Summary
We are hiring Junior US IT Recruiters to support our recruitment team for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, interest in hiring processes, and willingness to work in night shifts. Training on US staffing processes will be provided. Our dedicated trainer will guide and train you on the complete US IT Recruitment process, including sourcing techniques, screening skills, US tax terms, job portals, and client submission workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source qualified IT candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Review resumes and match candidate profiles to client requirements
- Conduct initial screening calls for skills, experience, and availability
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Work closely with senior recruiters & account managers on daily submissions
- Maintain applicant database, trackers, and recruitment dashboards
- Gain knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) training will be provided
- Build and maintain professional candidate relationships
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)
- Confidence in calling & interacting with candidates
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of IT skills/technologies (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong organizational & multitasking ability
Qualifications
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate
- HR/Recruitment exposure is a plus
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift 6 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST
