Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of US job market & hiring practices
• Hands-on experience with job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed)
• Knowledge of IT roles & technologies (Java, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud, Data, etc.)
• Experience in W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
• Understanding of US tax terms & visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)
• Experience in sourcing & screening candidates
• Good understanding of US time zones
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
