We are seeking a motivated and dynamic US IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT positions in the US market. This role requires a strong understanding of IT roles and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions in the US market.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates suitability for technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Maintain a database of candidates and track the progress of recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to the US market.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies such as software development, networking, cybersecurity, etc.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and performance tracking.
